Final Sale Policy

At RootMD, all purchases are considered final. Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products—and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Product Expectations

We recognize that every individual may respond differently to our formulations. While our products are developed with great care and clinical insight, results can vary from person to person. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review the product descriptions, usage guidelines, and ingredient lists before completing a purchase to ensure the product suits your personal needs.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be defective, please contact our team at support@therootmd.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Be sure to include photos of the issue and any relevant details so we can review your claim. If approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a store credit—refunds will not be issued.

Order Fulfillment Errors

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, please reach out to support@therootmd.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering store credit, depending on the situation. Please note that refunds are not available for fulfillment errors.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed by our fulfillment center, we will not be able to cancel it or issue a refund. To request a cancellation, please email support@therootmd.com with your full name and order number as soon as possible.
