1. After shampooing with Hair Growth Shampoo, squeeze excess water from your hair.
2. Apply a quarter-sized amount, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. For thinning areas, work a smaller amount gently into the scalp.
3. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes. For extra hydration on very dry or damaged hair, leave on for up to 5 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to lock in moisture and shine.
5. For best results, follow with Hair Growth Serum on a damp scalp.
