Step 1: Shampoo
Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp for 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Conditioner
Apply from scalp through ends. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing.

DHT Blocking Thickening Shampoo
Apply a quarter-sized amount to wet hair. Massage into the scalp for 1-2 minutes, then leave on for at least 2 minutes before rinsing. Contact time is critical - the DHT-blocking botanicals need time to reach the follicle.
Hair Growth Thickening Conditioner
Apply to mid-lengths and ends after shampooing. Leave on for at least 2 minutes to allow actives to penetrate the hair shaft. For an intensive treatment, apply to the scalp as well. Rinse thoroughly and use daily.
